Mobile Service Fee:
We come to you. There is a mobile service charge for all customers for on-site service. Each service call is charged a mobile service fee of $125.00.
This fee is collected from the customer even on warranty work. Warranty only reimburses for parts and labor. All fees are required to be paid at time of service.
Many issues can be resolved in one trip. However, it's possible we will need to order a part. In that instance, we obtain the part as quickly as possible and schedule your final repair promptly on another day. When this occurs, a second mobile fee of $65.00 will apply.
Hourly Rate:
Our hourly labor rate is $125.00 per hour for a NRVTA certified technician. All work has a one-hour minimum and is billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour. The mobile service fee is in addition to this hourly rate. Additional charges will apply for parts and/or materials that are used to complete any approved repairs plus tax and shipping.
If you have questions or require clarification, please contact us so we can address your needs and concerns promptly. All payments are due in full upon completion of the repairs. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash and checks.
Cancellation Policy:
As a small business, we understand that sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or even cancelled. As a courtesy, we ask that customers call in with cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to a customer's booked appointment. Please call with any questions or concerns.
No Call / No Show Policy:
We understand that emergencies happen. However, any appointments that are confirmed by the customer and a "no call/no show" incident occurs, a $75.00 trip fee will be assessed for the missed appointment. We will confirm appointments and the technician will make every effort to contact the customer upon arrival at the customers RV location. If no one is available, the $75.00 fee will be assessed for the missed appointment.
Parts Policy:
We purchase all parts from reputable RV parts distributors. We do not install, or warranty customer purchased parts. We try to maintain a stock of frequently ordered items however, if a part needs to be ordered from our distributors for your repair, a shipping charge will apply. "Special Order" parts are non-refundable and require a deposit upfront.
